The Hospital Foundation welcomes corporate, organizational and individual support to further the mission of the Hospital. Giving opportunities range from unrestricted annual gifts to gifts of stock, real estate and personal property. No gift is too small, and your gift will be used for the project or program of your choice. Gifts undesignated will go the Harry & Sally Porter Heart Center through December 31, 2010.

Harry & Sally Porter Heart Center Fundraising Drive
Each year, over 400 of our neighbors are affected by heart problems, and for most of them, their only choice is to travel away from home to seek treatment – until now.
In March of 2007, FMH was proud to welcome cardiologist Dr. Rick Latham to our community and we subsequently opened the Cardiology Clinic and Cath Lab. Since then, our residents have been able to receive the care they need locally – saving them the time, money and stress caused by traveling for treatment. While these were significant accomplishments, they were just the first phase of our vision to provide our community with a wide range of cardiology services.
By giving to the Harry & Sally Porter Heart Center, you will play a critical role in ensuring our community has the cardiology services it needs – right here at home.
This state-of-the-art facility houses the most advanced technology, a wider range of services, and the best physicians and staff, all working together for a heart-healthy community.
